Student Secretaries, Uffice Runners Aid School MARY ELLIOTT, Sarah Gay Edwards and Vera Montgomery type up announce- ments for the bulletin, as part of their job as student secretaries. At the end of each school year several students are selected to aid the administrators and faculty for next year. These are the student secretaries and office run- ners. During the day, student secretaries are found in the machine room typing and running off stencils for the faculty. Office runners literally run, They collect ab- sentee slips and keep office records up to date.
