Introduction to Junior
We, the Junior Class of
'43, have put aside the
usual pre-War activities
W i t h o u t complaint, and
with enthusiastic patriot-
ism accepted our duties in
helping to bring victory
nearer. Leaving behind a
class record of which to be
proud we have gained more
sense of responsibility and
initiative, which will en-
able us to better fulfill our
task as next year's Senior

The Freshman Class
We entered high school
at the most crucial moment
in the history of the world.
We felt so new, so lost, so
helpless, but we wanted to
give an all-out effort to the
fight for victory, which is
carried out in every phase
of high school life. Al-
though young, we were not
too young to carry our part
of the burden, and our part
is an integral part of the

Some of the seniors have complet-
ed that task of education. They will
go and fight for the things they love
and believe in while others will stay
home and begin to make their way
in the world. There are still others
who have only completed their secon-
dary educationg they have yet to go
on to higher learning.
All of the seniors have completed
the task that they set out to do so
many years ago. They have worked
from the underdog Freshman to the
middlemen, Juniors, and on until
they reached their goal, that of the
dignified Seniors, and have received
their due respect. The cheery voices
and happy faces of these, our Seniors,
will be missed next year as they must
go on and the Juniors take over.
