.«swap GENERAL WASHINGTON. TAKE NOTICE, fititrffr 1 J TCHS was filled with new and exciting events in 1975-76. One of the most exciting was the State basketball tournament in which our boys participated. The student turnout was terrific and the spirit was noth- ing short of unbelievable. Even though we lost our second game to College Park, we still cheered the boys on. That's SPIRIT! 1 Happy Hour at TCHS is from 8:40 till 3:15. Good times were definitely a pan of 75-76. These students’ smiling faces are proof of that. As we look back on the past year, we realize that these memories are among those to be stored away and reflected upon in the many years to come. 5 ♦ ♦♦♦♦iit 8 Work played a big part in 75-76. Whether working in shop, electronics or typing, students still found something to be happy about. The feeling of happiness and togetherness of TCHS remains in work or fun. 9 This school year was very special because it was our nation’s 200th birthday. Students were proud to be a part of our school during our nation's bicentennial. Each student found some way to participate in the celebration, whether in group activity or in his own individual way. 2 Fear not that your life shall come to an end, but rather that it shall never have a beginning. In fact, every member of the annual staff wanted to personally make this presentation. This teacher has given freely of personal time and has been sin- cerely interested in the school and students. Many students have found that this person is not only a fine teacher, but an outstanding friend. Turner County High School is fortu- nate to have on its fine staff such an outstanding leader in an age when young people greatly need responsi- ble leadership.
