'Fug ' I F' F 526. all ilk DUB CHD. 615 Q .lv 1 Senior Council activities this year included plans for the annual Christmas Dance, the gymnas- ium decorated with snow-covered evergreen trees and the program featuring Santa with Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeen In November the Seniors.presented a program of four speakers who told about the United Nations and why it must succeed in gaining world peace. Jack Cain, as president of the class, presented a United Nations flag to the student body. Second semester activities included ticket sales for the senior play, 'Heaven Can Wait', a huge success and an outstanding achievement for the class. Plans for Career Day held in Dinuba, Government Day, May 10, and Senior Day, which is the traditional way of giving seniors a special holiday, were planned by the council. Tom Hodges, Craig White, Eleanor Hays, and Ken Conn were elected Commencement speakers. Reverend Douglas Ewan conducted the Baccalaureate services June 10. Graduation came June 11 for the class of 1951. Numerals were placed in the Alumni Court on June 7, a date regarded by the seniors with eager anticipation and sentimental retrospect. M9 ir'
