ROBERT E. KELLY of Montgomery is a vice president of the Union Bank and Trust Company in the city. Kelly is an attorney and a graduate of the University of Alabama, with a doctorate of jurisprudence from that university. He has served as State Treasurer of the Alabama Heart Association. McDOWELL LEE, a TSU graduate, is a Clayton native. He was elected mayor of the town of Clio at the age of 21. the youngest man ever elected mayor of an Alabama town. He was a special agent with the FBI from 1950 to 1952, and a member of the Legislature from 1955-63- He was elected Secretary of the Alabama Senate in July 1963, and is recognized as one of the state ' s top legislative leaders. ALICE D. MOSELEY of Selma is a graduate of Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Ga. and holds her Masters Degree from Emory University She is married to Frank Wallace Moseley, Jr. and is a leader in civic, social and church activities in Selma and the State. JACK WALLACE of Clayton is Gov. George Wallace ' s brother. He is recognized as one of the state ' s key political leaders. Judge Wallace, a Circuit Judge, is a graduate of the University of Alabama and the University of Alabama Law School; he is a member of the Farrah Order of Jurisprudence, the Alabama and Barbour County Bar Associations and the State Circuit Judge ' s Association. ROBERT WILSON, State Senator, of Jasper is also one of the major powers in Alabama politics and a kev figure in t he support of higher education in the state. An attorney, and serving his third term in the state senate, Wilson is a member of the Senate Finance and Taxation Committee. ■ I President Ralph W. Adams A native of Samson, Al., Dr. Ralph W. Ada University as president in 1964. He earned his A.B. degree at Birmingham-Southern College ar received the LLB and J.D. degrees from the University of Alabama. and George Washington University. He is a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar and Alabama Bar and a Major General in theUnii Guard, serving as Assistant Adjutant General, Air. The former Selective Service Director for Alabama was a judge in Tuscaloosa from 1946 to 1947. He has taught at the University of Colorado and was Assistant Dean and Acting Dean at the Air Force Law School, Air University. Dr. Adams is a member of Phi Alpha Delta (law), Kappa Delta Pi (education), Kappa Phi Kappa (education), Lambda Chi Alpha (social), Phi Kappa Phi (scholarship), Omicron Delta Kappa (leadership), Pi Tau Chi (religion), and Phi Eta Sigma (schol; He is a Methodist and a Mason and a member of the Rotary Club.
