ROBERT E. KELLY of Montgomery is a vice president of the Union Bank and Trust Company in the city. Kelly is an attorney and a graduate of the University of Alabama, with a doctorate of jurisprudence from that university. He has served as State Treasurer of the Alabama Heart Association. McDOWELL LEE, a TSU graduate, is a Clayton native. He was elected mayor of the town of Clio at the age of 21. the youngest man ever elected mayor of an Alabama town. He was a special agent with the FBI from 1950 to 1952, and a member of the Legislature from 1955-63- He was elected Secretary of the Alabama Senate in July 1963, and is recognized as one of the state ' s top legislative leaders. ALICE D. MOSELEY of Selma is a graduate of Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Ga. and holds her Masters Degree from Emory University She is married to Frank Wallace Moseley, Jr. and is a leader in civic, social and church activities in Selma and the State. JACK WALLACE of Clayton is Gov. George Wallace ' s brother. He is recognized as one of the state ' s key political leaders. Judge Wallace, a Circuit Judge, is a graduate of the University of Alabama and the University of Alabama Law School; he is a member of the Farrah Order of Jurisprudence, the Alabama and Barbour County Bar Associations and the State Circuit Judge ' s Association. ROBERT WILSON, State Senator, of Jasper is also one of the major powers in Alabama politics and a kev figure in t he support of higher education in the state. An attorney, and serving his third term in the state senate, Wilson is a member of the Senate Finance and Taxation Committee. Wallace is President of the board; McDowell Lee serves as President Pro-tempore; and President Ralph W. Adams serves as Secretary of the Board. GOVERNOR WALLACE, a former circuit judge from Barbour County and member of the State Legislature has twice run for the U. S. JACK GILES of Huntsville is a graduate of the University of Alabama and the University of Alabama Law School.
