As the last sheet of copy goes to press, the 1967 DEN staff would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks to the many people who have made this yearbook possible. lt is fitting that we first express our thanks to Miss Adams and Mrs. Arnold for their guidance, patience, and time. Their tireless efforts and encouragements were an indispensable factor in the editing of the book. The publication of the yearbook would not have been possible if it had not been for the understanding teachers who were lenient and thoughtful enough to cooperate with us. We especially appreciate their cooperation in letting us in- terrupt their classes in order to take pictures. All in all, the completion of the yearbook was due to the ioint effort of the faculty, student body, and the Den staff. We hope the results will be favorable to everyone. As the end of the school year draws near, we realize that it is a happy time for many, for others it is a time of thoughtful sadness. For the seniors the high- school years have ended-years of growing, learning, happiness, disappointment, excitement, tears, seriousness, hard work, and even fun. ln the future some of you will have your names recorded in history books like the ones you have iust left, others will have the rich, unrecorded experiences of everyday life, become strong Americans, and send their children to school in order to give them the won- derful memories they have had. THE DEN STAFF-1967
