MEET OHALLE OE ED CATIO AL EED WX is..,,,,, The Most Reverend MICHAEL P. MCCORRISTIN, V.G., P.A. Founder and Director of Saint Anthony High School SISTER M. JOHN JOSEPH, O.S.F. Principal of Saint Anthony High School Upon completion in September, 1962, Saint Anthony High School opened its doors to fulfill the educational needs of area students. Under the guidance of Monsignor McCorristin and of competent administration and de- voted faculty, Saint Anthony received high recognition among schools. A Because of Monsignor's foresight, Saint Anthony High was again prepared, this time to receive the influx of Cathedral High School students when the city school per- manently closed its doors in June, 1972. Last spring Monsignor worked diligently to complete the second floor new wing in order to accommodate the more than 400 incoming students for the fall term. New as well as former faculty and students collaborated to make the spirit one and to maintain the motto of the Brown and Gold: In holiness and learning. To Monsignor McCorristin do we owe the deepest gratitude for the opportunity he has given us to continue a Catholic education. To Sister John joseph, also, we are grateful for her support and guidance, her fairness to students and faculty surpassing all. And to the faculty - our priests, sisters, and lay teachers - we also owe our gratitude for their devotion and for their dedication to the betterment of our education. The example and the inspiration they have given us will be among the golden threads woven into the tapestry of our lives. V
