We can never call even one day, one hour, or alter the slightest thing that has happened. Every misstep, each goal accomplished, the good times, the slow accumula- tion of knowledge, all have slipped like a mist across the face ofthe Great Clock, and are gone. We realize that, as human beings, we have not always given our best, but most of our memories are happy ones.
