SENIOR CLASS HISTORY In the fall of 1948 90 green freshmen the class of '52 entered THS for our frrst year 1n th1s 1nst1tut1on We elected Ted Schlager as our presxdent Betty Schremer v1ce pres1dent Tom W1ll secretary and Alxce Kubo treasurer The frrst dance we offered to the h1gh school was a Western dance wh1ch everyone really enjoyed The next year as sophomores we began to feel more as 1f we were part of the school We gave another Western dance Ela1ne Holkenbunk Roger Hamer Tom W1ll and Jack Da1ss were chosen to head the class that year For our all 1mportantJun1or year Jack Da1ss was elected as our pres1dent H15 fellow off1cers were Roger Hamer Don Tallabas and Suzanne Vaughn The hard work1ng sponsors were Mr Krueger Mlss Moore and Mr Spray The class play the best ever was Out of the Frymg Pan ' It was a huge success and gave us a good start for our prom and banquet The prom theme was 'Sta1rway to the Stars wh1ch was carr1ed out very effectwely Wxth the end of th1s year we were ready to take over as the mxghty Sen1ors of '52 As sen1ors Jack Da1ss agaln was chosen as our very capable presx dent Nancy Applegate was v1ce pres1dent P1nk1e Clmgenpeel secretarv and Suzanne Vaughn treasurer We had a wonderful year chooslng an nouncements exchanglng p1ctures and selhng at games Our sneak day was lots of fun and as graduatlon stares at us we are prepared to do our 1ant heart naught 15 1mposs1ble Flower Rose Colors Rose and Llght Green lv- 4...- Qi, m , , . , . , . -D . , . , , , . , . i l . . , D I -. . . , . . g . . , , . - Q . , . 7 o o . 1, , ' , . , .
