Qlfffficae eibfaiiile Q1 EJ Hollis: Selling tickets to all ball games and play productions, answering the telephone, and running the switch- board were just a few odd jobs per- formed by the A Office staff in addi- tion to their other administrative du- ties. Each little school also had sepa- rate responsibilities. The staff of B School was in charge of advanced placement, Vo-Tech, and independent Study. C School's responsibilities included the Alterna- tive Learning Program, scholar- ships, and Interim. The academic awards assembly and job placement were handled by D School. The staff of E School brought college repre- sentatives to campus and coordinat- ed the Field Experience Program. A new member to the E School staff was Randol Walker, assistant princi- pal.

SJ, fillflllil ulfacjeatlme Lltlffe Keeping the campus clean and in or- der, feeding a group of hungry stu- dents at lunch, tending to the sick, and maintaining the general security of the campus - what would we have done without the service staffs? Under the direction of Frank West, head building operator, was a crew of 7 building operators, who man- aged to keep the campus clean and immaculate, despite the great odds against them. New at West this year was Mrs. Max- ine Horton, the cafeteria director. With her crew of 19, Mrs. Horton was able to get the crowd of stu- dents who ate in the cafeteria fed nutritiously. On hand to help anyone who didn't feel well was the school nurse, Mrs. Lucy Hoyer. Al Twidwell returned as security guard, and guard the secu- rity he did. . ...t
