o-Tech Offers aried Training Cooperative Industrial Train- ing gave on-the-job training in fields such as laboratory assist- ance to auto repair. Two hours were spent in the classroom. One class reviewed skills to be used on the job, and the second class covered employee rela- tions and the understanding of job forms. Each student was required to work at least three hours a day and earned the min- ium wage.
