Service Staff Aids Chargers An improvement in the To- peka West cafeteria was serving food to the students hot off the griddlef' said Mrs. Vivian Newell, new cafeteria director. We're trying each day to make the products better, she said. The cafeteria and nursing staffs have always been pre- pared to help students. During her first year at West, Mrs. Charlotte Campbell, nurse, assisted Chargers by taking care of emergencies and first aid for injured stu- dents at schoolf, THE FAM!!! These men keep the buildings in good condition fri? ug-A Charger Campus Kept 'Clean, Some of the friendly faces returning to the Topeka West campus were the familiar Charger custodians and securi- ty guard. Patroling the campus to keep law and orderu but finding few problems in his job of pre- venting trouble was security guard Al Twidwell. Keeping the campus in good condition, which included the daily routine of cleaning each building and seasonal jobs such as clearing sidewalks of snow and mowing grass were some of the duties of the custodians.
