Tolleson Union High School - a laboratory? lt was for Miss Ursula Blank, from Cologne, Germany. Her problem was to study the schools of America, and she spent three busy weeks here observing the curri- culum and methods of a small rural high school. Her days were crammed with activities as she rode the busses to better know the community, observed classes and clubs at work, participated in many extra-curricular activities and enjoyed social affairs. She was elated with the gift presented as a souvenir of her visit here. The squaw dress was designed and made by the homemaking classes, the concho belt a gift from the same girls, and the mocassins, to complete the 'Arizona Costume', were from the F.H.A. She is pictured in the Ladies Lounge, newly de- corated by the Advanced Homemaking Class. She WGS haPDy to tell us of' life in Germany, so we, too, profited from the exchange.
