In our eighth grade we found Junior Picklesimer, Robert Lohr, Gertrude Haynes, Jewel Stidims, and Myrtle Collins had left and Bill Haymond entered, and Mary Tackett had also entered. Our sponsor was Miss Green. We finally became what we dreamed of--freshmen! Our freshmen year we were pretty smart, but most of that was taken out of us by initiation. We found we had eighteen boys and girls. Ray Clinard had entered our grade and Rosemary Pearce left the latter part of January. Our sponors were Mrs. Buzzard and Mrs. Flegm. , As sophomores we put on a high school party, we had a square dance, and served ice cream and cake. We also got our class rings. Ronald and Bill Haymond left us and no one entered. Our sponsor was Mr, Arnold Our junior year was a pretty busy year. We put on the play entitled nSinders Creepersn, and gave a Junior-Senior banquet. We held our banquet at the school and carried out the Oriental theme, in the banquet decora- tions. Ray Clinard left us. No one entered. Mr. Troesch was our sponsor. Our senior year, too, was very busy. We put out the IQSS edition of, of, HThe Tiro Tigern. Our senior play was nThe Adventures of Tom Sawyeru. This year also included, trying,to find a commencement speaker and taking all kinds of tests and then making plans for our trip to Florida and last of all being graduated. We ended with six girls and eight boys: Wendell Amstutz, Donald Crum, Ramon Laughbaum, LeRoy Love, Eugene Neuman, Bill Rhodebeck, William Sheaffer, William Simpson, Sarah Auck, Kathryn Flegm, Marilyn Lohr, Joanne Orewiler, Mary Tackett, and Gertrude Wiley. Our sponsor was Mr. Troesch which has helped us through our last two years in high school. We all hope we can be together again to talk over old times. 6 When I, Kat University of Wa Secretary of Sta in Washington D.
