GLASS PROPHECY I have just come back from a trip around the world. On this trip I saw many of my classmates from Tiro High's class of 'S2. , First I went to Washington D. C. to see the President about his views on world peace. While waiting to see the President, I chatted with his sec- retary, Margaret Grall. Margaret is not married and lives in a beautiful home in our capitol city. From Washington D. C. I traveled on to the East Coast, where I boarded a streamliner that started me on my long journey. I always wanted to talk to a ship captain, so I looked him up. Much to my surprise it was Robert Norris. This was his first trip as captain so he was as excited as I was. When I landed in France I went straight to Paris. I was in need of a new wardrobe so I went to the most modern clothing store in Paris. There Barbara Pfleiderer modeled the latest styles for me. Barbara is one of the worlds best models. Next I went to Venice, Italy, where I stayed in the most luxurious hotel in the world. The owner of the hotel was Corliss Schiefer. Corliss is married to a beautiful girl from Spain. He has a handsome set of twin boys who favor their father in sports. From Venice I traveled to Southern Africa. There I visited many dia- mond mines. The owner of the most fabulous and richest mine is Sam Pfahler. He is an eligible bachelor and a very rich one. Rumors have been flying around, that Sam is courting Miss Alla Nicole, who was recently voted the most beautiful lady in the world. From Africa I continued on to India where I happened to run into Janice Triplett. Janice and her husband own a thousand acres of land in India. I stayed a month and it was one of the most enjoyable months of my visit. After I was completely refreshed, I went to visit Australia. This was an interesting continent because it had just won its freedom from England and had established a democratic government. I had an enjoyable visit with the President's wife, the former Lois Tackett. Lois and her husband own the most beautiful home in the world. From Australia I traveled homeward to the west coast of the United States. I arrived just in time to see Duane Laughbaum set the world's racing car record. The record speed is too mph. Duane has the reputation' of being the best auto mechanic in the world. He is now married and lives in a fabulous home in Los Angeles, California. I just finished my long journey last week. I was about to close my diary when I remembered Lloyd Betts, who now owns some of the richest land in Ohio. Lloyd was recently voted the most prosperous farmer of the year. Lloyd and his wife are the proud parents of two girls and one boy. Oh yes, there is one more person who graduated with the class of 1952 and that is I, Nina Predmore. I reside in a moderate home in Tiro, Ohio. About a year ago I won a trip around the world on a television program. This is the ending of a beautiful trip sponsored by the Weidemaier Dog Biscuit Company. 9
