Machine Booster Club 4 Come with us now as we recall our happy high school days and remember all the fun and the hard work it took to obtain our diplomas. The days as freshmen-getting lost, late for classes, forgetting locker combinations, and meeting new friends. When sophomores, we came back to school as big wheels no more freshie for us. We'll always remember the football season of our sophomore year because that was when we morally defeated McKinley. We were now beginning to get into the swing of things, all the extra curricular activities--chorus, band, orchestra, publications, and guide club. Then came spring, and with spring at Timken, only one thing comes to our minds--The Revue. Many of us joined in with singing, dancing, and dramatics. Class picnics at the end of the year were always an assurance of a good time. The turning point in high school days came in our junior year. Then we decided what course to follow, and thus made it our career. Here many of us split-up into the different courses to which we were best suited. During our junior year we had many wonderful class parties to attend and still more friends to meet. After school it was always fun to stop at our favorite coke shop with the gang to hear some of the hot news from school and the various clubs about town. Here it is, 1950 and we find ourselves seniors. Our senior pictures have been taken and most of our friendships exchanged among all our friends. The Prom is now just a lingering memory in our minds. Class night, Baccalaureate, and Commencement-these programs ended our school days. We have put our books aside and will now make use of the knowledge we have gained. As young, inexperienced men and women we will go forward into the school of experience. May we never be forgotten.
