The outstand- ing leadership of the president, Ken jacob, gave this organ- ization the ruling power they needed to have a sueeessful year. ln order to have more equal representation from all of the students to student eouneil, the membership consisted of the student body officers, the Girls' League and Boys' lederation presidents, the class presidents and secretaries, and .1 representative from eaeh third period elass. All business and problems that arose during the school year were brought before this group to be taken care of. The 1996 Homecoming, which was under the leadership of the student eouneil, was the most outstanding one Tilla-HL had ever seen.
