The maintenance and servicing of torpedoes and underwater weapons and the sup- plying of these Weapons to air groups embarked on the Ticonderoga is the responsibility of W Division. W Division consists of two rates, torpedomen and gunners mate technicians who service these weapons. The division is also responsible for maintenance of spaces and shipboard watch standing.
