To accomplish this mission, ASCAC is manned by I3 Aviation Anti-Submarine Warfare Operators fAW'sl, 2 Aviation Anti- Submarine Warfare Technicians fAX'sl, and l Sonar Technician fSTl under the dir- ection of two shipboard ASCAC Officers. This ASCAC is equipped with a combination of regulation airborne equipment and specially built civilian equipment. All airborne ASW sensor information is fed into ASCAC, analyzed, classified, and passed on to the ASW Commander.
