Student Pow-Wow Week great success 1 Old Fashioned Day certainly turned on Mrs. Bruce and Nlrs. Howard as they taught their students the bop , after the Pow-Wow Assembly. 2 Jun- ior, Sophomore, and Freshmen chari- ots began the race together but the junior class chariot soon outdistanced the others. Sophomores and freshmen fought it out for second place but the sophomores finally edged past. Both Pom and Cheer lines and War Party worked hard to make Pow-Wow Week a suc- cess. They sponsored a pie eating and water balloon throwing contest. War Party was responsible for all the poster making and spirit ac- tivities on campus, The spir- it King and Queen were Bart Cox and Leslie Scott, they were crowned on Friday No- vember 16, 1973 at the Pep Assembly. The Varsity foot- ball game was palyed at 7:30 that night with semi- formal dance following. is :f,,,.w,,a Z'f'm'f532i'f ',1f' , ' .WWW-Ll.fsZn' . ' , i I' . s4rffZl5',-wk'x:vY', I ' L 4 - V l Life 8
