Sensor Prophecy Thorntown, Indiana September 2 1975 Fear Clarlotte, It really is too bad you couldn't have been with me on this tour I've been maklng, but I understand that with that large house of yours and your children and the maids, it does keep you rather busy As you know, I've been teaching now for 16 years and just decided it was about time to start on a vacation As I had not been on an extended tour of the United States, I just started out, on my large salary you know First I went to Indianapolis to catch the plane At the airport I found that my plane was 2 hours behind schedule so I decided to go up to the Statehouse and see Governor William Carr How he ever got to be Gov ernor of Indiana I can't quite fathom, considering all the talking he used to do about Texas Sue Ann Fisher is his competent cam aign manager Back at my plane, I was amazed to see who was the stewardess Mildred Bailey, of all people! She said she had been one for quite some tins and, like many stewardesses, is engaged to the pilot She loves her work and certainly looks nice in her uniform Upon arrlvinf in Tew lork City 30 minutes later, I went immediately to shop along Fifth Avenue While looking around for a special evening dress, I noticed that one of the models looked familiar It was Phyllis Kincaid After I had bought a dress, Phyllis and I had a friendly chat She told me that Bueford Clouser and Bob Wilson are also in New York and have started a business making the famed 'Pink Pills for Pale Peoplen while I was there, I also visited Don Huber, who is now mayor of New York again this fall. Leaving New York City I flew down to Washington to see President Clark You remember how brainy Willis was in school, don't yoa? Espec ially in Civics Anyhow, he is at the top now, making S200,000 a year I did not get to see Willis as he was busy delivering a speech to Congress and had a rather heavy schedule I stayed in Washington for a while and went to see the Archives Building which Mrs Gadsin had told us so much about Of course I d1dn't get into the inner circle! Leaving Washington D C I traveled on down to Florida here I found that Larry Goins has a large cattle ranch and sells milk at a very high price Larry said that Gene Riggle is now one of the big shots at one of the recording companies in Hollywood and Jim Eaton is President of General Mbtors That takes care of everybody except Shirley Hanna She is a professor at some college in Missouri of which Mrs Cadsln is pres ident Mr Piety is now head of the I H S A A and is also writing a book entitled nChemistry in Five Easy Lessons N That's one I wish we'd had when I took the course Well, I really m st stop and leave for school First day, you know Don't work too hard and come down and see me sometime With love, Grace Class Colors GREY AND GREEN Class Motto 'NOT AT TH TOP, BUT CLIMBINGH Class Flower WHITE CARNATION I - I City. He says this job is really the life and he hopes to be re-elected 0 e y
