DECA is a social club com- prised of D.E. students. Every year. DECA has its State Leadership Conference at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, where qualifiers compete for state honors in various areas of marketing. This year Thornton qualified twelve students at Dis- trict and took twenty to the State Confer- ence in March.
