Practices: First Step Toward Victory After watching a well organized team at work, anyone can see the advantages of the practice sessions. These practices often consist of sweating hours with temperatures of 100 degrees in the shade and a booming voice known as Coach . Following the exercises and a few hours of practice a long awaited water break arrives. After three or four gulps the team starts back up. When the last sprint is run everyone pokes up the hill to pull off the ton of equipment and drag off to home.
