Debbie Singleton, Iackie Wilson The Sr. Beta Club is a non-secret, non-profit, lead- ership-service club. The club is comprised of students from grades ten through twelve. These students are chosen according to their academic achievements and they must maintain an A or B average on all semester grades. Other qualifications are leadership ability, high moral standards, outstanding character, and honesty. The Sr. Beta Club sponsored several worthwhile projects this year. A bookfair was held and all pro- ceeds Went toward T. A.'s library fund. An apprecia- tion Week was held in the spring. Activities for that Week included cleaning up school buildings and the campus, a Pride in Teachers Day and a Pride in Stu- dents Day. Our sponsor this year was Mrs. Virginia Nettles. 46 OFFICERS: Pres. Debbie Singleton, V. Pres. Elaine Dozier, Sec jackie Wilson, Treas. Randy Harrison.
