The 1975-76 Tower was directed by editor-in-chief Mark Gibson, managing editor Nanette Walters, and associate editor John Starneri. Mrs. Jeannie Martin sponsored the paper. The goal of the staff was to publish a paper that covered the issues of con- cern to the students, listening to the student body and answering their questions. Several changes were made because of new financing meth- ods. The paper was funded by the school and distributed to all Howe stu- dents and faculty. It was printed by students in the Howe print shop. Many of the staff personnel attended one-week summer workshops at Ball State University, giving them the expe- rience and skills needed to put out the issue regularly and to meet the needs of the student body.
