LSU,
Perhaps one of the most popular out of town foot-
ball games is the clash between the Aggies and L.S.U.
This season's game was particularly notable because
it was the LAST L.S.U. TRIP for at least ten years.
The line for tickets began on Thursday of the week
before the game. Although Tiger Stadium in Baton
Rouge holds more people than Kyle Field, there were
only 800 student tickets and the Aggies were hungry
for them. The first student at the Box Office began
the list. He was in charge of calling roll to determine
that everyone was present. This meant that everyone
serious about going had to camp out. But Monday
morning finally arrived and those who had stuck it
out were rewarded with end zone seats.
Friday finally arrived and everyone cut classes to
beat the rush. A caravan of ASLM parking stickers all
headed in the same direction with the same goal in
mind . . .Pat O'Briens and New Orleans.
Midnight Yell Practice was held on Bourbon
Street. Hurricane glasses abounded. Drunk Ags lit-
tered the gutters along with peppered grease passed
off as an egg roll by the Chinese Takee-Outee.
