The objectives of this student unification are to provide closer contact' between the adminis- tration and the students, and to promote the social functions for the benefit of the students. The officers of the organization are elected annually in a student election from candidates nominated by the various college classes, one officer being selected from each class. Last fall the students, under the direction of the officers of the A. S. B., together with the faculty, gave a reception in honor of the freshmen. This group also sponsored the home- coming event. This year, for the second time, a float parade was planned for the day. The annual home-coming dance was held in the gymnasium in the evening in honor of the alumni. In the winter, the A. S. B. instigated Z1 Valentine dance in which the theme of the day was put forth. In .the spring, the association worked with the senior class in presenting the annuallcrowning of the May Queen and the May Day dance. The expenses of the organization were liquidated with funds set aside from the Student Activities fee. 18 iff..-
