Dancing, anyone? A good place to dance and relax after a trying week at school was a good idea enjoyed by many. Radical! Most of the time students enjoyed All right, you guys! Wondering who did it and who will receive the full force going to movies, dances or parties, but of his revenge was Junior Derek Sanders, sometimes it had to be something different- like playing video games. So what’ll it be??? Eagerly asking that question many times in an evening were workers at the local fast food outlets like Senior Diane Simon and her co-worker, Jim. I’ve got it! People sometimes gather in the early evening for a good volleyball game at Kiwanis Park. Night Ijfe

Around Tempe at night It’s the weekend and the big ques- tion is “What do we do?” Week- nights aren’t much of a problem. We stay home and study. But on the weekend? It’s PARTYTIME! Partying took many forms. There were always the school activities like games and dances. And some- times the clubs had a special event. But if left to ourselves, we would have a party at a private home, play at some sport, go to a movie, try the game arcade, or just cruise looking for something to happen. Over to Alpha Drive. Some students found old friends and made new ones at the many parties on Fraternity Row at ASU. Slurp, slurp, slurp. .Mmmmmm, good!!! Juniors Jaunett McCormick, Eva Shivers, and Stephanie Leonard enjoy themselves after a 50’s dance. Let 8 party, Dude! A group of guys “pig out” after the game at Peter Piper Pizza across the street from the school. QIAO SKILRttll 6 HU iMUM-l %% Alone! As the saying goes, Two's company, three's a crowd. Couples occassionally come here to be alone together.

Tun’ decided THS‘fads and fashions’ During this Tempe High School year most students were interested in dressing in the latest Fads and Fashions for school. They took pride in themselves and their clothes. The styles were especially fun this year because just about everything was in. You could put together the most outrageous trendy outfits, to the most conservative stylish outfits, and still look great. Ha Ha Ha laughs senior Rod Ranks at a really funny joke. Being herself sophomore Hope Flores dresses in her favorite color, black, everyday! Fads and Fashions
