JUNIOR 0 6 y -1- Charles Granger,Jean Backen, Mr. Dim- ir Top Salesmen and Sponsor Small in size but large in volume, the Junior Class was voted Loud Mouths of T.H.S. The Junior Class float won first prize at Homecoming with an original theme, Rock Around the Clock. We Shook the Family Tree, our play, combined with a lot of hard work and lots of fun,turned out to be a suc- cess under the direction of Mrs. Can- ney. The Class party, Christmas in the Air, was very beautifully deco- rated and well attended. Doug Foley and Violet Starits were crowned King and Queen. Amagazine sale was used in mak- ing money for the Prom and also was very successful. Jean Backen and Charles Granger were top salesmen and Leroy Betz was the mystery sales- man. Karen Sturtz found the lost dog. ,.,4d Carnival Concession CLASS Leroy Betz and Karen Sturtz, Mystery Salesman and Dog Winner The class had two concessions at the school carnival. They were the Dart Throw and the Refreshment Stand. The Dart Throw was the best attended concession during the night. Throughout the year the class has made money by selling refreshments at school activities. Candy Land was the theme for our Prom this year. It was very color- fully decorated and was one of the bestin the history of the school. Del Clayton provided music during the dinner and for the dance following.
