IUNIOR CLASS ln September, 1935, our class began its high school career. That was the year we were represented at Science Day in Ames. Several of the girls also made the trek to Veishea. The next year saw us struggling through Lincoln essays. However, this, our junior year, was the year. We took charge of a pep meeting at which all juniors felt very silly wearing anything from lampshades to baby bonnets. We sponsored a movie, sold tickets to one-act plays and peddled candy to finance the traditional juniorvsenior prom. The 1938 prom was in keeping with the story of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Although we enjoyed being juniors we will be very proud when we are seniors. SOPHOMORE CLASS Last year's Freshmen are now a Sophomore class of sixty-five members with new ideas about Freshman-Sophomore parties. This year, since the Freshmen are many, the Sophof mores are giving a picnic for them instead of the regular party. Money for the picnic was raised by twenty-five cent contributions from each member of the Sophomore class. The Sophomores participated in the Pep Assemblies for the basketball team this year by sponsoring one meeting. The highlight of the meeting was Baby Snooks and her father, por- trayed by Evelyn Houdyshell and Charles Masemore. lO son, D. Dunlap, L. Kazda, D. Hall, R. Ryan, H. Davis, E. Krezek, H. Booth. Second row: E. Prusnir, G. Turl'ott, L. Prusha, L. Fincher, R. O'Harra, A. R. Kupka, lvl. Clark, D. Carnal, L. Dolash, l. W'ils::. Officers: R. Hardon, Presixlent: M.
