Faculty. and Derrick Staff, this yearbook has been made possible. Nat- urally. most of the work has been done by the Derrick Staff. its editor, and Mr. Gurwell, its advisor. These people are to be congratulated on the fine quality of work. The yearbook serves as a storehouse of memories of a year of expefienqeg and education. The Derrick will becomr more valuable to the individual as the years pass. The student will be able to recall fellow students, happy memories, pleasant as- sociations, and many enjoyable activities. We teachers make every effort to train you to handle your own problems and to meet the vexing situations which men face. If we aid you too much or if you shirk your duties and re- sponsibilities, you will leave school inexperienced and unprepared.
