DEC A Teaches Responsibility DECA is an organization composed of students who are enrolled in Dis- tributive Education. These students go to school in the mornings and work at jobs in the afternoon. Their per- formance on the job is evaluated by the employers and by teracher Ms. Julia Fraser. Grade are determined by this evaluation. A successful project of DECA was the Gong Show in January’ with popu- lar Craig O’Neill as master of ceremo- nies. A new project this year was the operation of tne bookstore every morning before school.
