Y-Teen Officers President Vicki Crotzer Vice President Harriet Bledsoe Secretary Pat Phillips Treasurer Cissy Coleman Mid-South Delegates Sylvan Hills High School had three delegates to the 1965 Mid-South Conference held in Gulf-Park, Mississippi. These girls were chosen for outstanding individual merit in their Y-Tcen associations. Y-teens Strive; Good Things Thrive Y-teen Assembly: This Is the Year That Is! We Make the Difference! January 12, 1966, was the first Y-Tcen sponsored assembly at SHHS. It was a great success as entertainment and as a meaningful interpretation of the theme: This is the year that is! We make the difference! There was a mock style show with boy models and a take-off on current fashions. Y-Teens President Vicki Crotzer was in charge of the assembly. The fashion moderators were Sharon Presson, Linda Lawson, and Cindy Jolly. The serious part of the program was carried out in the second part of the assembly.
