She was one ol S.I'l.S.'s laithlul office girls. THERESA NIED was always envel- oped in lun and laughter. She drew friends to her lilce bees to honey. She busies herself with bowling and danc- ing, and besides she's got that UGO Vvestu leeling-wants to visit Cali- Iornia alter graduation. BARNEY LEO ORGILIQS interests lie chielly in sports. He is a member ot the Varsity 'Club and has proved ihim- sell an athlete in both football and baseball, which explains his ambition to become a football coach. As a pas- time he prefers dancing, although eating and loaling rate high. VVILLIAIVI JAMES PEACOCK. vice-president ol our class, has proved himsell an able and well-lilced leader. l'le is a member ol the Varsity Club and one ol our star athletes. His out- side interests are dancing and eating, and his ambition is to be a dentist. VVILLIAIVI PITTENGER, or Bill, is a popular, good-loolcing fellow, who was a member ol the football and base- ball teams and an excellent swimmer. He would lilce to further his interest in sports by -becoming a prolessional baseball player. DONALD PRASKA, although a lairly recent addition to S.I'l.S., has made a lot ol friends here. He is lun- loving, and lilce most Swiss lVlisiters, always ready for a good time. He lilces all sports, but especially hunting. Don hopes to further his interest in radio while a member of Uncle Sams Army. FRED REDSHAW is a lilcable lellow with a good sense of humor and many friends. His hobby is collecting photographs and his special interest is sports. ROSALIND NICHOLS, hest de- scribed by the words little and cute, lilies to swim, slcate and dance. She was a member ol the Y-Teen and Latin Club. Rosy claims she wants to do something alter graduation, but as yet she doesn't lcnow what. NANCY O'CONNOR, an active member ol the Y-Teen, is new to our school this year, but she has made many lriends in the short time she 'has been with us. Lilce lots of Swiss Misses and lvlisters, she has a yen to travel. CECELIA R. PANAIA, Cecil, would lilce to become a nurse. She was active in the Y-Teen in school, and outside she enjoys slcating and swim- ming. Under the heading of hobbies she selects dancing and collecting records. SHIRLEY JEAN PEARSON's de- pendability is one ol her many virtues, along with her pleasant personality and sense ot humor. She was a member ol the Latin Club, Y-Teen, Band, Science Club, Leaders' Club, and was news editor of the Valistic and vice-president ol Quill and Scroll. ln spite ol this list ol activities, she was never too busy to help a Iriend. ALIVIA LOUISE POLON likes to talce care of animals and hopes to be a veterinarian. Dancing and slcating are just ideal in the eyes of thi-s Swiss lxfliss. She was active in Leaders' Club, chorus, and a cappella choir. VVILLIAIVI RAIVIPON is one ol our sports minded boys. He was active in Ullootball, baslcetball and baseball. Bill lenjoys reading, but not from school if boolcs. He feels very much at home on wthe clance tloor. His ambition is to be a , ,draItsman. L 4 JEAN WAKEFIELD REED, whose interest in school activities was shown I by her membership in the Leaders' I Club, Y-Teen, a cappella choir, and chorus, plans to attend college alter graduation. She lists as tops on her hobby list collecting autographs and roller slcating.

HELEN LOUISE MCCRACKEN joined in the 'activities ol the Latin Club and Chorus. She lilies to swim, dance, and ice slcate. Helenis winning personality and charm will be an asset to her in her career as a vocalist. ROBERT J. NlcGlNN has talien an active part in school activities as a member of Student Council and the Varsity Club. Hporlcyisn ambition is to be a coach and in view of his excellent athletic record we donyt wonder why he is certain to succeed. ELEANOR RAE MADARA, one ot our petite Swiss Nlisses. is otten seen around Room 6, typing away for the Valistic. The Latin Club, Y-Teen, and art class have also been listed among her school activities. Eleanor must en- joy school lite, for she plans to be a teacher. HETTIE NORNIA MATHIS, whose friendly personality and good nature are qualities which we all lound at- tractive, was a member of the Leaders' Club and Y-Teen. For relaxation give her a good game of tennis. ll you need a good surgical nurse some day, see Herne. MAYER is a Swiss Nliss who is well lmown for her sweet disposition and infectious gaiety. Dan- cing, corresponding, and going to toot- ball games are her special interests. Her ambition is to he a good secretary -and sheis sure to tullill her ambition. CHARLES P. MITCHELL would lilce to study chemistry in college. He is also very much interested in sports, and was an excellent manager of the football team. Chuclc is a member ol the orchestra and Varsity Club. ANN T. MOLYNEAUX, that petite. blonde lass with the charming per- sonality and cheerful smile, is fond ol dancing and art. She is one of the members of Y-Teen and Leaders' Club. A 5 f .lEROiVlE iVlcDONOUGH, better lcnown as Jerry, is a tall, broad shouldered, well-lilced fellow whose ambition is to 'become a football coach. However, his athletic ability is not limited to football, for he is equally slcillful in baseball and basketball. JOSEPH MCQUADE, mischievous Joe as he was lcnown as in those days. although a good art student. hopes to be a chemist. He is very fond of holidays and his favorite pastime is ice-slcating. , MARY ELLEN MANCEN is one of those girls whose only ambition is to be a good housewife. Y-Teen, Leaders' Club, chorus, and a cappella choir were her main activities in school, while music heads her list ot hobbies. EDWARD D. MATTSON, o happy- go-luclcy fellow, has what it talces to achieve his ambition-to play the trum- pet with a big timeu band. She is also a member ot the Latin Club, Y-Teen, art classes, and Leaders' Club. WILLIAM O. lVlOFFlTT aspires to he a painless dentist.
