X Ydersiad, Sandy Junior Class History The Junior class, under the direction of Mr. Swegar, Mrs. Thomas, Mr, Horner, Mr. Hennessey, Mr. Morris, Mrs. Kikel, Mrs. Gates, and Miss irish, had a successful year. Wayne Roberts, president, Dan Dudley, vice president, Caroiee Hirschi, secretary, Eloise Reynolds, treasurer, and Stan Waiters and Rod Andrews, sergeants at arms, were elected as our officers in September. Judy Heeter and Rod Andrews were chosen as our Annual King and Queen can- didates. The Junior Class rings were distributed in October with a choice of plain or with green stones. The Junior class had several food sales, dances, and car washes to make money for the Junior-Senior Prom. Our biggest money making project was the Junior Class Play given the i5 and lo of November which was titled BROTHER GOOSEK' The most important event of our Junior year was the Prom and Banquet. The theme was HUNDERWATER WONDERl.AND. The motto, PARADISE AWAITS THE CLASS OF '58. The flower - lily and the colors aqua and silver. Francine Bottler was chairman with Sue Cox in charge of the banquet and Juanita Watkins the Prom. Everyone worked hard to make the Prom and Banquet a success. We hope it will be as successful next year. unior Glass may , W, W. W , ...- .,. -. M - ..s..s,, W. ., .. .W me .,....
