Administration Mr. Leroy Krebs, high school principal, has the job of making possible the work of everyone else in the school. He arranges classroom and student schedules, he aids in the hiring and supervision of teachers, he helps set the standards of behavior and academic achievement, and he carries most of the admin- istrative tasks which make workable that interaction between students, curriculum, and teachers which is the education process. As principal, he must be able to use the talents of his staff and to cope with the temperaments of vastly differing people so that accomplishment and harmony result. 4
