Pusi Prvsirlvnt The Sunset High Dads' Club, the first of its kind, has been the largest high school Dads, Club each year since its organization in 1925 and has been instrumental in organiz- ing similar clubs in many other schools of the state. The object of the Club is to promote a more friendly cooperation between the students, faculty, and parents and t0 assist in furthering those things which will be helpful to Sunset High School. Each year this Club makes cash awards to outstanding students in several school subjects, and gives a scholarship to one R. O. T. C. cadet who would not otherwise be able to attend Camp Dallas. Each year suitable trophies are given Sunset athletic teams winning the city series in their sports.

Delegate to the Dallas City Council The Parent-Teacher Association of Sunset High School has been a unit of the National Congress of Parents and Teachers, and the Dallas City Council of P3rem-TeaChei- Associations fgr fifteen years. The objects of this association are to promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, church, and communityg to raise the standard of home lifeg to secure adequate laws for the care and protection of youth and to bring into close relation the home and the school so that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the training of the child and de- velop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure the highest advantages in physical, mental, and spiritual education for every child. Meetings are held on the second Friday of each month at 10 A. M. at Sunset High School. Parents and teachers are urged to become members and give of their service toward the building of a better world.
