Track UNSET finished fifth in the City Track and Field lVIeet held at Southern Nlethodist University, Friday, April 6. The relay team en- countered had luck since the first man in finishing fell and dropped the baton, disqualifying them. Arthur Siler was the outstanding entry from the Bison squad, win- ning the first place in the high hurdles, and second place in the running hroad jump. Douglas Wzlll and Charles Bailey Won first and second place respectively in the Pole Vault. These three men were the only ones to Score enough points in the meet to entitle them to letters. Miller, Caddell, Lee, Fink and Ehert worked faithfully all season and represented the purple and white colors in the city meet, hut did not letter. This was Coach VVilkerson's first year at Sunset, and with the showing that was made, Sunset may look, in the future, for a winning track team. 4. . W
