SITTING Kathleen McKay, Roberta Ketteler, l-lilda l-iston, Aletha Rhoden, Charles Anderson, Mary Jane Linstrorn, Betty Adams, Caroline Jastorft, Mae Pedersen, Every school needs a band to generate school spirit, co- operation, and develop musical abilities. Since it was impossible to obtain a band director tor S. H, S. this year, eighteen students organized a Pep Band under a student director, Betty Pedersen. This group benefits the school by playing at pep assemblies and home basketball games. An activity such as this will give these students musical knowledge and a more rounded personality.
