we-.. Each year the Council sponsors four class parties, one for each of the high school grades and one for the lunior High, as well as several noon-day dances. Every money-rais- ing activity sponsored by student groups must be approved by the Council before the group may pro- ceed. The Council retains responsibility for raising the necessary funds to pay for letters and other awards granted to our athletes and those who have performed useful service for the school. The main fund-rais- ing activities are the variety showsg one is produced each semester. Largely conceived and then directed by a Council committee, they are thoroughly enjoyed by the students.
