Mathematics Because mathematics is playing an ever increasing part in the business of the modern world, varied courses in this field are being offered in Strong Vincent. Each junior high school student is required to take three years of general mathematics which briefly introduce him to algebra, geometry, and commercial arithmetic. In thc plane geometry class, sophomores are taught the ancient science of measure- ment. The course in advanced alge- bra is open to those juniors who have successfully completed plane geo- metry.
