Felde, Qaothzll I 95 4 The Yellowjackets--though their won-and -lost percentages were not high--proved the team to beat to win the conference, Every team pointed for their game with Stevi. The games were all close, hard fought, competitions where either team could have won before the last whistle blew, Disaster struck the Yellowjackets with the injury of Jack Riekena in the Anaconda Central game, which the "Jackets" won 19-13, During the next week Bob Johnston, fullback, was injured during a practice session. Outstanding during the year were Marshall Bjork, John Felde, Jack Riekena, Ron Sullivan, Bob Krout and Ron Larson, all seniors. Bob Krout was selected to represent our conference at the East-West Shrine Game in Great Falls. Back next year will be Leo Woodbury, a speedy, hard driving halfback who earned the respect of all who faced him. Z C oacr D. Day, T. Carruthers, B. Krout. I. Griffin. I. Riekena, M. Bjork, G. When we are able to do a job easier and quicker, we can turn our attention to other tasks. That's the way pro- gress is made. Electricity - only '75 years old, practically speaking' - has done much to lighten our burdens. Today in Montana the average resident is using three times as much elec- uical energy as he did a decade ago. We will continue to use more and more in the future, freeing our hands and our minds for greater accomplishments. In Montana electricity is doubly enjoyable - it's abundant and cheap, 13.4 per cent under the national average.
