The girls who cheered so well for our wres- tlers were unique in that they were not chosen-they volunteered. Knowing something about cheering, but virtually nothing about wrestling, they set to work. They worked hard to show the team they cared and encour- aged others to support them. One project they planned was to make ties for the team members to wear on game days.
