Shelley Pileggi, supervisor of ABE program. ABE Has 800 Enrollees The Adult Basic Education (ABE) program operated by State Fair Community College serves approximately 800 persons in central Missouri communities. The program operates satellite centers in the following locations: Clinton High School Vo-Tech Building, Cole Camp High School, Higginsville VFW Hall, Lexington High School Vo-Tech Building, Marshall Middle School, Tipton High School, the Church of the Nazarene in Warsaw, the Opportunity Center In Wheatland, and Windsor City Hall. There are plans to start the program in Lincoln and Sweet Springs. Kay Rhoads, ABE instructor, guides a student in reading exercises.
