Mrs. Watson's English I Class. Who did he call to? I mean ... To whom did he call? Me? I? Who? Whom? A memorable phase of English is the work that goes into term papers. Students spend hours pouring over books, making notations, and worrying over footnote forms. Literature is always an interesting part of the course. The heart of any school is its library. Here students find a wealth of information on any subject. School Librarian, Mrs. James Shepard, is always ready to assist students with any of their projects, and to suggest new books. Every six weeks the student body mem- bers of SCHS receive an issue of THE STAR, the student newspaper. Its excellent make- up, effective stories, and constructive edi- torials give no indication of the frenzied activity involved in the paper’s publication. As soon as one deadline is met, work is be- gun on the next issue. Journalism class discusses the previous issue of the paper. 30
