From the Superintendent The Star City Public Schools have continued to make progress during the past year. The fine record of the school and the recognition that it has received from all sources has been largely due to the generous ser- vice, interest, and loyalty of the faculty, student body, and community. I am deeply grateful for the unity of effort which has given our com- munity an ever growing school program. Such ideals and loyalty will insure a program that will serve the educational needs of the community in a desirable manner. The yearbook which calls our attention to many of the schools' activities is not only proof of the splendid efforts of the staff and its sponsor but also indicative of the fine spirit of enthusiasm, cooperation, service, and high quality of workmanship which exists throughout the total school program.
