The fine record of the school and the recognition that it has received from all sources has been largely due to the generous ser- vice, interest, and loyalty of the faculty, student body, and community. I am deeply grateful for the unity of effort which has given our com- munity an ever growing school program. Such ideals and loyalty will insure a program that will serve the educational needs of the community in a desirable manner. The yearbook which calls our attention to many of the schools' activities is not only proof of the splendid efforts of the staff and its sponsor but also indicative of the fine spirit of enthusiasm, cooperation, service, and high quality of workmanship which exists throughout the total school program. Elementary pupils of today are thinking of a few years hence when they will be achieving great things in High School. To develop into a happy, well-adjusted, useful citizen for now and the future, each child needs a basic health education, a degree of skill in subject matter, the ability to deal fairly with himself and others, and independence and in- itiative in attacking his daily problems. I feel that the Elementary faculty is accepting its daily challenges in training our boys and girls toward successful High School citizens. SIXTH GRADE B. Dressed Handsome Prettiest Smartest B.
