 WE SINCERELY DEDICATE THE 1944-45 ROCKET TO OUR BOYS IN THE SERVICEa Out upon e foreign land In marshes, Jungles, or desert sands Are graves that signify to me The love to live a life that e free In many a battle riddled place The ground1s blood drenched, but not disgraced. The crosses rear their heads and cry They Loved to live, but had to die.1 There1s many a Flanders Field today Where youth no more do war games play Rest from the horrible si ghts they witnessed Immortal now, They're Ood‘s Own guest. They fought and died for the right to be Free in air, on land and sea, To protect this land, A heritage to them, To forgive and forget, 3ut not condemn. And so to the boys who so willingly gave All they possessed to the land of their birth. We salute the crosses that watch o‘re their graves As they slumber eternally In a Cold Foreign Earth.
