UFE BEFORE 8:30 Some students enjoy playing computer games in the morning. Maybe it helps them prepare for the day with a better attitude if they can beat the computer. One out of the 131 occupied lockers in Stan Senior Hall in the mornings almost always looks like this. They all just lounge field High School. Get any idea of what the around in the morning and wait for the bell to ring, others look like? Life before 8:30 at Stanfield High School can be exciting, if the students are awake enough to know what they are doing. Sometimes students roll in early and play games in the library or others will just sit around and visit with their friends and teachers. Then there are the ones who don’t hit school grounds until the very last minute, then they always have to rush to make it to class on time. Every teacher will have at least one late student a week for their first period class. 26 Among her many duties as secretary, Alida fills out admit slips for the students who were gone from school the previous day.
